about me
As a native Vermonter, whether it was playing outdoors, being apart of an organized sport or helping around the house I realized at a young age that I loved to move.
Coffee and almond butter are two very important staples in my diet, I love climbing mountains and lifting weights.

I love coaching because I love to teach. I love that moment of clarity when a client understands the movement. The more you can appreciate the how and the why the more beneficial & FUN strength training becomes.
All bodies are equal, but different. It's never too late to start, appreciate the body you are in today, because its the vehicle on your journey.
Currently providing post-rehab strength training, boot camps, private/group training & sports medicine services out of Rev Indoor Cycling in South Burlington, VT.

coaching / training philosophy
Injuries can be life altering, but they are a learning experience and you can still live your life to the fullest in the times of difficulty. My coaching is heavily influenced by my athletic training background first and foremost. My post-rehab program has been built on my passion for sports medicine, strength & conditioning, b and what the two combined can accomplish.
