Why do Post-Rehab?

Injuries can leave us vulnerable and unsure of where to start once we graduate from physical therapy. As an athletic trainer my expertise is in facilitating the return to play or sport of athletes and patients. It's important to feel both physically and mentally prepared to return to fitness classes and activities safely. 

What does it involve? 

Strength training is an integral part of post-rehabilitation following orthopedic injuries. It will help bridge the gap from rehabilitation back into your daily activities safely and with confidence. 

- Balance

- Dynamic progressive exercises to improve dynamic stability of upper and lower extremities

- Integrative core strengthening 

- Improved movement patterns
